配送前の商品の場合：メールでご連絡いただくことにより、注文をキャンセルできます。
Before shipment：Orders may be canceled by contacting us via email.
発送後の商品の場合：未開封の商品については、商品到着後 10 日以内にメールでご連絡いただいた場合に限り、返金または交換が可能です。開封後の返品や交換は受け付けておりません。
After shipment：Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for unopened items, provided that you contact us by email within 10 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges for opened items are not accepted.
＜不良品の返品・交換＞
<Defective Products> - メールでお問い合わせください。弊社が送料を負担して返金するか、新しい製品と交換いたします。

＜顧客からのキャンセル＞
<Customer-Initiated Cancellations> - 金継ぎ作業に取り掛かる前の場合：メールでご連絡いただくことにより、注文をキャンセルできます。この場合、キャンセル料金はかかりません。
Before repair work begins: Orders may be canceled by contacting us via email. No cancellation fee will apply.
金継ぎ作業に取り掛かった後の場合：キャンセル料金として100%頂戴いたします。
After repair work has begun: A cancellation fee of 100% of the quoted price will be charged. - 配達時間：都度、お見積り時にご案内します。
Delivery Time：The estimated delivery time will be provided individually at the time of quotation. - 利用可能な決済手段：国内の銀行振込
